The ej257 engine rebuild consisted of a replacement block, bored and skimmed 99.75mm, mahle 4032 pistons, acl race bearings, Manley h beam rods, uprated oil pump, rcm head gaskets, valve clearances, new water pump and timing belt and all new seals.
